Install or replace cabinet doors, drawers, and hardware
Perform refacing and minor carpentry for kitchen upgrades
Read layouts/measurements accurately for precise installation
Ensure clean, durable, and high-quality results
Prep, sand, and refinish cabinets and wood surfaces using clean, low-VOC methods
Deliver smooth, professional, “showroom-quality” finishes
Work on kitchens, doors, staircases, and other residential/commercial projects
Maintain a clean workspace and protect client homes during work
Manage project schedules and coordinate teams
Communicate with clients and oversee on-site progress
Ensure quality standards, safety, and smooth workflow
Experience in home improvement or project management preferred
Operate spray equipment for priming and finishing cabinet doors
Ensure even, high-quality coatings and proper drying
Maintain spraying tools and follow safety protocols
Experience with HVLP or similar systems is a plus
